By using www.flowersncake.com shopping service, you (The Customer) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed below:
www.flowersncake.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer is therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he or she uses the shopping service(s) of flowersncake. By placing an order the client is authorizing the company to pass on the order to the respective merchant/supplier and make sure the product is delivered to the given address. While rendering the service www.flowersncake.com is acting only as an authorized representative of the client and not as his agent or in any other capacity.
www.flowersncake.com is an online store for the vendor / merchants to host and sell his merchandise and a facilitator of the sales contemplated herein.
The agreement between you and the flowersncake shall be subject to the following terms and conditions
- All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Flowersncake .
- Flowersncake reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by Flowersncake, the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.
- In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Flowersncake will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the customer and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the customer.
- Flowersncake shall try to deliver the product on the ‘preferred date’. Please allow the minimum time required for processing as specified for the product. Time taken during transit/shipping in case it is delivered by courier is extra to the processing time displayed on the site. Delivery shall be made on the ‘preferred day’, or a day earlier or later if it coincides with a festival day or a national holiday.
- The products you selected are sourced from different vendors and even though we do put in our best effort to coordinate the delivery of the products together it is not always possible due to different locations and logistic services used by the vendors.
- Nothing contained herein shall create or be deemed to create a relationship between the parties such that www.Flowersncake.com is regarded as a seller or purchaser of the Vendor / Merchant’s products and all sales and purchases of the Vendor / Merchant’s products as stated on order placed on the www.Flowersncake.com are transactions between the customer placing an order for the same on the www.Flowersncake.com and the Vendor / Merchant.
- All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are subject to availability.
In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
- By clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on Flowersncake website.
- Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide.
- We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you in any given situation.
- All orders will be delivered during the working day between 9am and 6pm.
- In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day.
- To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
- If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91 9767224666 or +91 9800000621 (9 AM to 8 PM) or email@example.com Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
- Order cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.
- Delivery confirmation for all midnight deliveries will be notified next day before 10:00 am (from scheduled time of delivery).
- Our normal delivery hours are between 9 am – 8 pm
Midnight delivery hours are between 11:00 pm – 12:30 am
Express Delivery is usually completed within 4-5 hrs or as scheduled.
- We take preference “Preferred Delivery Time” from customer, it is for your convenience and we make our best efforts to deliver your order within “preferred timeline” however this is not guaranteed and may not always be possible.
- During peak holidays, festivals or events, our customer service agents may not be able to provide immediate delivery confirmation. However please be assured that our team is working hard to get your orders delivered as soon as possible
- Your order will be considered as delivered and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items in any of the below situations:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by sender in the order.
- Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses given by the sender.
- Unsuccessful delivery attempt arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
- If for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We however will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting delivery.
- A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
- Mid Night Shipping (11PM-12.30AM): ₹300.00
- Free Shipping (11Am-7PM)
- Fixed Time Delivery (11AM-8PM): ₹175.00
- Morning Delivery (7 AM-10.30AM): ₹200.00

Flowersncake works very hard to deliver finest quality and service experience to its customers. For us, our customer and business is most important and we really care about delivering the best.

Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product or equivalent of it within next 24 hrs.
- While we really understand “Message on Card” and “Message on Cake” is extremely important to be accompanied with flowers and gifts. However due to large number of complexities, we unfortunately do not guarantee the accuracy and delivery of such messages. It goes without saying that every possible care and attention is taken to ensure we do not miss on these messages, however we will not take any guarantee about spelling mistakes or missing message on cake. What’s good here is, that it is very rare that we miss on these messages. And in such case, usually our team makes an effort to put things right by apologizing to recipient and also sending complimentary flowers when possible. Please co-operate.

Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
- You must respect the site’s copyright in terms of product details, pictures etc and do not reproduce them anywhere without the consent of Flowersncake. All exceptions to these are liable for legal proceedings in IPC.
- Accepting all orders lies under the preview of Flowersncake. We can refuse to serve any order without giving any reason to the specified party.
- Flowersncake commits delivery date but if they are not met because of some unforeseen circumstances e.g. unfounded recipient, extreme weather conditions, we cannot be held responsible for that.
- All complaints related to faulty deliveries have to be reported within 24hrs of the delivered product.
- All the points given in our Terms and Conditions shall be read for terms and conditions for the delivery.
- Flowersncake may amend its Disclaimer from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
